For more information visit our New Employee Resources page. </li></ul> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li>Data-Driven Decision Making and Monitoring: Conducts reviews of school improvement plans, ensuring evidence-based strategies guide efforts; monitors the progress of all schools and provides ongoing support to ensure successful completion of improvement plans; maintains all team records, databases, documents, website, and regular internal and external communication documents </li><li>Evidence-Based Systems Development: Ensures resources and documentation meets evidence-base and accessibility requirements. Organizes documentation and resources on easily understood and accessed platforms.
