Market bakeries provide homemade baked goods for busy people who crave both freshness and convenience. Bakery staff must be motivated, able to embrace a team environment and have effective communication skills. This position starts at $21.00/hour up to $25.00/hour depending on experience.</p> <p>DUTIES</p> <p>As an Assistant Bakery Manager, some of your responsibilities will include:</p> <ul> <li>Maintaining positive customer relations </li><li>Organization of daily Bakery duties </li><li>Training and development of Bakery employees </li><li>Logging/processing invoices and taking inventory </li><li>Expense control </li><li>General housekeeping </li><li>Wedding cake or other product deliveries (when needed) </li><li>Enforcement of company policies </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li>The ideal candidate will have at least one year in a professional bakery setting, embrace a team environment, and have effective communication skills. </li><li>You must be 18 years or older for this position. </li></ul> <p>Market of Choice is a growing, local company with excellent benefits and opportunity for growth.
