The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, self-motivated team player with a strong work ethic, a commitment to accuracy, and a desire to learn.</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li>Manage accounts receivable and receipts. </li><li>Handle accounts payables/purchase order/invoicing procedures. </li><li>Conduct fingerprinting services. </li><li>Support payroll duties. </li><li>Collaborate with the Treasurer on special projects. </li></ul> <p>What You'll Bring:</p> <ul> <li>Experience with State Software, USAS, and USPS. </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. </li><li>Strong professional and interpersonal skills. </li><li>Ability to work independently and in a team. </li><li>Exceptional attention to detail and multitasking abilities. </li><li>Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred; or 2+ years of relevant experience in a finance, accounting, or payroll setting. </li></ul>
