<p>Description</p> <p>Your Role</p> <p>Provide the required administrative resources to support the Maintenance team in various daily tasks. Operations Administrator will perform a variety of tasks including but not limited to filing, running and distributing reports, updating Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point files, data entry, and performing other duties and responsibilities as required.</p> <p>Why you Belong Here</p> <p>We acknowledge your value. We lead with integrity, trust, and respect to achieve the best outcomes as one team.</p> <p>Your Impact</p> <ul> <li>Run and distribute reports as needed </li><li>Create and maintain various Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point files </li><li>File Management - maintaining physical and electronic files in a neat orderly fashion </li><li>Administrative duties for Maintenance Leadership - monitor phones, email </li><li>Update tracking logs using Excel </li><li>Maintain the integrity of the invoice tracking data and formatting </li><li>Tracking and assisting with the new hire process, as well as termed associates </li><li>Maintain safety and training documentation archive per OSHA / regulatory compliance guidelines </li><li>Data entry and other responsibilities as required </li></ul> <p>Your Schedule: Monday thru Friday 8:00AM to 4:30PM</p> <p>Click here for benefit details related to this position.</p> <p>Minimum Salary: $17.80</p> <p>Maximum Salary: $23.41</p> <p>VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Your Experience</p> <ul> <li>1-2 years in an administrative support or clerical role </li><li>Highly computer proficient in all aspects of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) </li><li>Solid interpersonal and organizational skills </li><li>Knowledge of eMaint maintenance management software a plus </li><li>A combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job as listed above. </li></ul> <p>Strong communication skillsWe will consider for employment all qualified applicants, including those with arrest records, conviction records, or other criminal histories, in a manner consistent with the requirements of any applicable state and local laws.
