<p>ORGANIZATION</p> <p>The mission of Ravenswood Family Health Network (RFHN) is to improve the health of the community by providing culturally sensitive, integrated primary and preventative health care to all, regardless of ability to pay or immigration status, and collaborating with community partners to address the social determinants of health.</p> <p>POSITION SUMMARY</p> <p>Under direct supervision, the Central Supply Clerk is responsible for stocking all exam rooms, maintaining the inventory and shipments from all vendors and must maintain accurate records for accounting reconciliation.</p> <p>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <p>To be performed in accordance with RFHN Policies and Procedures</p> <ul> <li>Organizes and restocks once daily, all exam rooms in the clinics. </li><li>Pulls and scans items to replenish clinics. </li><li>Creates delivery paperwork and delivers items to clinic. </li><li>Coordinates regularly with all clinics to ensure appropriate supply levels in each location. </li><li>Receives supply deliveries, verifies contents, notes any discrepancies. </li><li>Resolves discrepancies and ensures proper accounting paperwork is created. </li><li>Stocks and organizes inventory on Stockroom shelving. </li><li>Performs all control procedures to ensure accurate accounting of Stockroom activities. </li><li>Responds to/answers all calls/emails regarding inventory and supply questions. </li><li>Attends meetings and participates in committees as requested. </li><li>Does laundry for Dental, Medical and Facilities. </li><li>Autoclaves instruments for Dental and Medical instruments. </li><li>Other duties as assigned and requested. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma/GED or two years of experience in inventory/supply. </li><li>Valid California Driver's license and a clean DMV driving record required. </li><li>Experience in a health care setting preferred. </li><li>Knowledge of basic sterilization techniques. </li><li>Familiar with a Windows environment and Microsoft Excel. </li><li>Detail oriented, reliable, organized; able to understand and carry out oral and written instructions. </li><li>Ability to successfully interact, develop and maintain relationships inside and outside the organization. </li><li>Ability to sit, stand, bend and walk for extended periods of time; use hands and fingers to operate computer keyboards, mouse, telephone and to grasp/carry boxes of supplies. </li><li>Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 30 lbs. with and without assistance on a daily basis. </li><li>Up to date with COVID-19 vaccines per current CDC guidelines strongly recommended. </li></ul> <p>The pay range for this position is $23.00 to $28.00 per hour. However, the final base salary will be determined upon a number of individualized factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, education and certification levels, and departmental budget.
