Investigate and respond to complaints, taking all appropriate actions to turn dissatisfied guests into return guests Manage shifts which include daily decision making, scheduling, planning while ensuring consistent high quality food preparation and service Adhere to all standards of AZA, AAZA, American Humane and Landry's Animal Welfare policies Qualifications At least 3 years Regional Director or higher experience in a full-service, high-volume Hospitality and/or major attraction business Additional experience in Restaurant, Retail, AZA operations and Park Operations is preferred Strong knowledge of Attraction Operations, Restaurant Operations, Hospitality, Volunteer organizations and Guest Service Strong understanding of cost and labor systems that lead to profitability Strong communication and leadership skills combined with advanced computer and math skills Stable and progressive work history; Strong work ethic *Application deadline is 8/20/2025.
