Also eligible for $1.00/Hr attendance premium </li><li>We pay for what you know-Pay increases as you learn each role </li><li>3% quarterly bonus </li><li>Opportunity for career advancement </li><li>Competitive benefits to include a 401k match up to 5% </li><li>Stable company that has been in business for 85 years </li></ul> <p>As a Plant Operator you will be responsible for:</p> <ul> <li>Backup trailers to the pit areas </li><li>Loading & unloading rail cars </li><li>Provide coverage for any area of plant operation </li><li>Trouble shooting and repairing equipment failures as appropriate </li><li>Maintain a clean work environment </li><li>Perform other duties as assigned </li><li>Outside work required- will work in summer/winter temperatures </li></ul> <p>Skills and Experience required:</p> <ul> <li>1 year work related experience </li><li>High School diploma or equivalent preferred </li><li>Able to stay physically active throughout the shift </li><li>Strong communication skills </li><li>Forklift experience is a plus but willing to train </li></ul> <p>Shift Hours and Schedule:</p> <p>Hours for 2nd shift are Monday thru Friday 2pm to 10:20pm with rotating Saturday (up to 2-3 Saturdays per month based upon business needs)</p> <p>About Sanimax</p> <p>Sanimax reclaims used cooking oil, meat & organic by-products from the agri-food industry, then transform them into industrial ingredients that will be used to manufacture everyday items.
