As a global organization, our team spans multiple U.S. states and six countries, and we continue to expand with exceptional talent in onsite, hybrid, and fully remote roles.</p> <p>Cornelis Networks is hiring a highly motivated PLM Change Analyst to support Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools and processes. This position is a key interface to cross-functional activities between Engineering and Manufacturing. The PLM Change Analyst will be involved in supporting all lifecycle phases of high-performance electronics, from conception through end-of-life, of the next generation Cornelis Networks Fabric platforms.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Configure, manage, and administer PLM data, workflows, and lifecycle states. </li><li>Perform daily work within the PLM environment to manage product structures, revisions, and change activities. </li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional team members to create, release, and maintain parts, documents, data files, and Bills of Materials (BOMs). </li><li>Execute transactional PLM activities, including document control, ECO/ECR processing, and release management. </li><li>Support Component Engineering with Approved Manufacturer List (AML) creation and ongoing maintenance. </li><li>Collect, compile, validate, and interpret product configuration data to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal standards. </li><li>Analyze engineering documentation and contribute to white papers related to changes impacting released products. </li><li>Ensure change activities adhere to configuration management principles, company procedures, and industry best practices. </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>AA/AS in a related technical discipline </li><li>5+ years of direct product configuration management experience. Experience with product structure, parts, drawings, workflows, and requirements is highly preferred! </li><li>2+ years of experience working in an engineering/manufacturing environment </li><li>2+ years of experience with PLM data management tools (such as Arena or Agile) for configuration management of complex products </li><li>Strong experience with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel </li><li>Familiar with configuration management principles and practices </li><li>Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills </li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders in a cross-functional team environment </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>BA/BS in a related technical discipline </li><li>Experience with supporting complex electronics products </li><li>Experience with JIRA </li><li>Experience automating PLM tasks using API, scripting (Python, JavaScript, or similar), or integration tools to streamline data creation, validation, and reporting. </li></ul> <p>Location:?This is a remote position for employees residing within the United States. Your base pay will be determined by factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and location relative to the hiring range for the position.
