<p>What to Expect</p> <p>The Lithium & Recycling (LiR) group, under Cell Engineering is responsible for the reliable and efficient flow of all battery materials from Tesla's factories and Service locations to approved battery reclamation & recycling facilities. As a process engineering supervisor, you will lead an operations team and drive metrics in battery recycling pretreatment and mechanical processing. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with our engineering, maintenance, EHS and R&D teams to ensure production goals are safely being met.
