<p>Hiram College is seeking an Enrollment Data Specialist. The Enrollment Data Specialist is part of the Admission Office team supporting the overall goals, policies, and procedures related to Hiram's Admission operations. This position supports key functions of the Admission Office. The Enrollment Data Specialist participates in meetings and group discussion with various Admission vendors as directed.</p> <p>Duties and Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Regularly complete data reporting for the Enrollment Management Team and fulfill additional requests from the college at large. </li><li>Collect, store, and organize Search, Inquiry, and Applicant Data within the CRM; ensuring accuracy. </li><li>Analyze application history and applicant trends to optimize recruitment strategies. </li><li>Research, coordinate, oversee, and evaluate annually Admission Counselors' territory assignments. </li><li>Set team goals using historical territory performance to make data driven decisions. </li><li>Heavy involvement in implementation of integrations with products. </li><li>Maintain data standards, security, and clean data practices. </li><li>CRM system training for staff, faculty, and coaches. </li><li>Strong organizational and analytical skills and excellent attention to detail. </li><li>Superior interpersonal and public speaking skills. </li><li>Highly developed written and oral communication skills. </li><li>An appreciation for the cyclical nature of admission work and the flexibility to handle a variety of duties and projects throughout the day as well as throughout the year. </li><li>Ability to work effectively with diverse constituencies, including faculty, deans and senior staff, admission office colleagues, students, parents, guidance counselors and alumni. </li><li>Because of the wide range of duties and responsibilities associated with this position, an enrollment data specialist must develop and possess: </li><li>A complete understanding of the admission and recruitment policies of Hiram College. </li><li>A detailed knowledge of all academic programs offered by Hiram. </li><li>An in-depth knowledge of the policies and procedures governing the distribution of student financial aid. </li><li>Broad-based knowledge of student activities, residential life, athletic programs, learning support services, and other extra-academic programs and services provided by Hiram. </li><li>Familiarity with educational records including high school transcripts and evaluation systems, standardized test scores, international educational records, and college transcripts. </li></ul> <p>Special Projects</p> <ul> <li>Accept responsibility for the initiation, execution, and analysis of special programs, projects, and tasks that may vary from year to year, depending on strategic recruitment strategies and departmental needs. </li></ul> <p>Skills and Knowledge</p> <ul> <li>Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, additional certificates is desirable </li><li>Computer literacy and data capability </li><li>Strong organizational and analytical skills and excellent attention to detail </li></ul> <p>Experience and Education</p> <ul> <li>CRM database experience is desirable </li><li>Admission Operations experience at a non-profit regionally accredited institution of higher education is desirable. </li><li>Bachelor's degree required by starting date. </li></ul> <p>Application Process:</p> <p>Qualified candidates are encourage to apply.
