This role will be pivotal in transforming our service delivery, enhancing operational efficiency, and creating innovative solutions for our clients in the real estate and professional services sector. Additionally, this role will lead the Global Innovation program for the account, aligning with the regions and ensuring JLL is bringing continuous innovation to the account.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Develop and execute comprehensive AI strategies, aligning with JLL's overall digital transformation goals and client needs. </li><li>Collaborate closely with the JLL and Account stakeholders to implement cutting-edge AI solutions that address specific account challenges and opportunities. </li><li>Seamlessly integrate AI technologies into the account's existing tech infrastructure and roadmap, ensuring compatibility and maximizing value from our current investments. </li><li>Design and deliver educational programs to train global account teams on AI applications, best practices, and governance frameworks. </li><li>Lead AI initiatives from both strategic and operational perspectives, balancing long-term vision with day-to-day implementation. </li><li>Establish and continually refine AI maturity levels and expertise requirements across the organization, fostering a culture of AI literacy and innovation. </li><li>Implement robust systems to track, measure, and report on AI-driven operational improvements and strategic outcomes, demonstrating tangible value to stakeholders. </li><li>Ensure all AI initiatives adhere to ethical guidelines, data privacy regulations, and industry best practices. </li><li>Stay abreast of emerging AI trends and technologies, continuously evaluating their potential application within JLL and our client services. </li><li>Lead the Global Innovation Program: Bring together regional programs and evaluate and prioritize ideas based on their feasibility, potential impact, and alignment with organizational goals. </li><li>Ensure proposed innovations have clear project scope, timelines, and deliverables. Coordinate resources and ensure successful execution. Monitor progress, track milestones, and manage risks and issues. Ensure pilot programs and proof of concepts validate innovative solutions. Monitor and evaluate results, gather feedback, and iterate accordingly. </li><li>Performance Measurement: Establish key metrics to measure the success and impact of innovation initiatives. Regularly track and report on progress, outcomes, and learnings. Identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations. </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Experience in the real estate industry, with an understanding of industry-specific challenges and opportunities for AI application. </li><li>Proven track record of developing and executing AI, or other technology strategies that drive business value. </li><li>Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple levels of the organization. </li><li>Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts into business value propositions. </li><li>Experience in change management and organizational culture transformation. </li><li>Understanding of AI governance, ethical considerations, and regulatory compliance in AI deployment. </li><li>Experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving large-scale digital transformation initiatives. </li></ul> <p>Desired Skills:</p> <ul> <li>3+ years of experience in AI/ML implementation within enterprise environments, with a focus on practical applications and scalable solutions. </li><li>Familiarity with JLL's current technology stack and business processes. </li><li>Proven track record of driving digital transformation initiatives in large, complex organizations. </li><li>Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. </li><li>Knowledge of data architecture, cloud computing, and enterprise software integration. </li><li>Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, R) and familiarity with major AI/ML frameworks. </li></ul> <p>Key Performance Indicators:</p> <ul> <li>AI adoption rate across the assignment </li><li>Measurable improvements in operational efficiency and cost savings attributed to AI initiatives </li><li>Return on Investment (ROI) on AI investments </li><li>Employee AI literacy and competency levels within account teams </li><li>Client satisfaction scores related to AI-enhanced services </li><li>Number of successful AI use cases implemented and scaled </li></ul> <p>Reporting Structure and Team Interactions: The AI Strategy Leader will report directly to the Global COE Leader for Tech & Data Solutions and will work closely with:</p> <ul> <li>Tech and Data Solutions Leadership </li><li>Account Service Lines </li><li>Innovation team </li><li>Legal and Compliance </li><li>Learning & Development for talent development and training initiatives </li></ul> <p>This role offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of AI innovation in the real estate and professional services industry.
