<p>Job Responsibilities</p> <p>The Special Admissions Coordinator will support the college's enrollment efforts by managing admission and enrollment responsibilities and support for special programs such as Dual Enrollment and Gamecock Gateway, among others. This position will assist with the enrollment process for all student populations at the college as needed. The coordinator will work closely with students and K-12 partners to facilitate the application and enrollment processes for dual enrollment while also serving special admissions applicants. Additionally, this role will coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless onboarding, registration, and transition of students into college coursework.</p> <p>The coordinator is responsible for maintaining accurate student records in compliance with college policies and partnership agreements, participating in outreach activities to support recruitment and enrollment, and identifying process improvements. A strong commitment to providing consistent, student-centered customer service while upholding college policies and maintaining confidentiality is essential for success in this role.</p> <p>This position is located on the Midlands Technical College Beltline Campus.</p> <p>Minimum and Additional Requirements</p> <p>Bachelor's degree and experience in student services programs.</p> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <p>Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience in student services programs.</p>
