You will be able to provide direct support to advisors in a reactive way, while also presenting strategic, forward looking plans to help regions and divisions achieve strong business results.</p> <p>As a Practice Management Consultant within the J.P. Morgan Wealth Management team, you will be responsible for supporting the development of Financial Advisors with the delivery of Practice Management concepts and tools. The Practice Management Consultant (PMC) supports and guides Advisors to strengthen their business and help them through their journey of building a successful and sustainable long-term practice. You will help advisors engage with their clients with a strong foundation in Practice Management Behaviors of Business Development, Business Management, Financial Planning, Investment Acumen, Relationship Management and Service. This role also supports market level leaders, helping them coach advisors on these practice management behaviors.</p> <p>Job Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Oversee AGP Advisor Performance: Monitor and evaluate the performance of AGP advisors to ensure alignment with divisional goals. </li><li>Coordinate Learning & Development Initiatives: Plan and implement learning and development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of AGP advisors. </li><li>Communicate Program-Level Updates: Provide regular updates and reports on the AGP program to divisional leadership and other stakeholders. </li><li>Facilitate Cross-Functional Collaboration: Encourage and support collaboration between different functions within the division to enhance the development of AGP advisors. </li><li>Support Strategic Planning for AGP Development: Contribute to the strategic planning process for the development and growth of AGP advisors within the division. </li><li>Ensure Alignment with Divisional Objectives: Ensure that the development of AGP advisors aligns with the overall objectives and priorities of the division. </li><li>Lead Communication Efforts for Program Updates: Lead efforts to communicate important program updates and changes to AGP advisors and divisional leadership. </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills</p> <ul> <li>10+ years broad business experience, preferably in the wealth management industry </li><li>Proven leadership experience and ability to effectively partner with others. </li><li>Experience with practice management-related coaching, including business development, business management, and relationship management. </li><li>Exceptional writing skills and strong executive communications experience. </li><li>Strong presentation skills and ability to coach advisors to present effectively. </li><li>Series 7, Series 66 required. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills</p> <p>CFP</p>
