Our commitment to get it right every time, everywhere, makes us the trusted partner of businesses and organizations worldwide.</p> <p>Overview</p> <p>We are seeking an experienced Director of Revenue Operations Systems & Support to play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and operational excellence across HireRight. This leader will take ownership of multiple processes and systems that empower GTM teams and will be responsible for rethinking and optimizing the end-to-end lead-to-cash process, championing seamless integration and synergy of tools and processes to enable the full potential of GTM teams.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Owns the strategic vision and execution of process solutions that support the entire revenue lifecycle across marketing, sales, client onboarding and customer success. </li><li>Develop and execute a comprehensive roadmap for revenue technology platforms to accelerate revenue growth, streamline processes, and enhance operational efficiencies. </li><li>Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement, enabling team members to thrive and innovate while delivering value to the business. </li><li>Ensure the team's efforts are focusing on driving strategic business outcomes, empowering GTM teams with the tools and insights needed for success. </li><li>Oversee the full lifecycle management of multiple revenue enablement technologies, ensuring they are cost-effective and deliver measurable business impact. </li><li>Rethink and optimize the entire lead-to-cash process by driving automation across key workflows related to lead, territory, opportunity, quoting, contracting, client onboarding, and client support processes. </li><li>Implement best practices and tools to automate manual tasks, reduce inefficiencies, and enable scalable growth within the sales and customer lifecycle processes. </li><li>Analyze current business processes to identify automation opportunities and areas for improvement, working closely with revenue teams to define requirements and implement solutions. </li><li>Lead initiatives to improve data accuracy and quality across systems, driving improvements in reporting, analytics, and forecasting. </li><li>Partner with leadership across sales, marketing, finance, and operations to understand business requirements and ensure that technology solutions align to revenue generation goals. </li><li>Collaborate with internal end users to ensure automation tools align with customer experience objectives, sales processes, and marketing strategies. </li><li>Deliver actionable insights through performance reporting of revenue technologies, highlighting measurable outcomes such as increased system adoption, efficiency improvements, and cost savings. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field </li><li>10+ years of relevant experience in a corporate environment with a focus on technology management, revenue operations, or enablement with a focus on managing complex revenue technology stacks> </li><li>Proven success in owning the total cost of ownership for multiple revenue technologies, including selection, implementation, integrations, and ongoing optimization. </li><li>Strong understanding of business processes and deep knowledge of automation tools and technologies across sales, marketing, and customer success. </li><li>Exceptional strategic acumen and technical expertise with a proven ability to align technology solutions to business goals. </li><li>Deep experience with CRM systems, CPQ platforms, CLM tools, marketing automation and engagement platforms. </li><li>Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead complex initiatives, manage multiple priorities, and deliver resolutions on time and within budget. </li><li>Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and process optimization. </li><li>Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions to drive cohesive strategies for revenue growth and operational success. </li></ul> <p>What do we offer</p> <p>In exchange for your expertise, HireRight offers an excellent employee benefit package which includes:</p> <ul> <li>Medical• Dental• Vision• Paid Life/AD&D Insurance• Voluntary Life Insurance• Short- & Long-Term Disability• Flexible Spending Accounts• 401K• Generous Vacation and Sick Program• 10 Paid Holidays• Education Assistance Program• Business Casual Attire• Generous Referral Program• Employee Discounts and Rewards• And much more! </li><li>All resumes are held in confidence.
