<p>Essential Duties & Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>All Essential Duties & Responsibilities of Machine Operator I, in addition to those outlined below: </li><li>Adjust parameters (within allowable limits) to ensure good quality and optimal machine efficiency </li><li>Able to interpret machine faults and determine root cause. Able to permanently rectify the issue (within the validated condition of the equipment) such that fault no longer occurs </li><li>Capable of performing minor machine adjustments, changeovers, and setups without maintenance intervention (e.g., track alignments, simple feeder bowl change) </li><li>Able to demonstrate flexibility in operating multiple machines of moderate complexity. Moderately Complex machines: </li><li>Involve press and torque fitments </li><li>Are typically less than 10 stations </li><li>Have moderate levels of operator attention </li><li>Have some station and fixture alignments. </li></ul> <p>Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Basic Microsoft (Outlook, Excel, Word) and computer experience preferred </li><li>Knowledge of inventory management systems </li><li>Knowledge of machine maintenance or repair </li></ul> <p>Education and Experience</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or GED required </li><li>1-3 years' experience preferred </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Must be 18 years of age </li><li>Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check </li></ul> <p>Travel Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Typically requires travel less than 5% of the time </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements and Work Environment</p> <ul> <li>Use solvents, glue, or solder </li><li>Must be able to perform visual inspections with and without the aid of magnification tools </li><li>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. </li><li>This job operates in a clean room environment. </li><li>While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to sit or stand for the duration of the shift </li><li>Must be able to repetitively move and lift objects of up to 20 lbs </li></ul>
