The ideal candidate is patient, adaptable, and skilled at one-on-one communication.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities: Plan and Conduct Lessons: Develop creative and engaging lessons tailored to individual student needs.</p> <p>Classroom Management: Maintain a safe, organized, and supportive classroom environment.</p> <p>Student Progress Evaluation: Assess students' academic progress and adapt lessons to support their needs.</p> <p>Parent Communication: Foster open lines of communication with parents to keep them informed of their child's progress.</p> <p>Behavior Support: Manage and address student behavior, utilizing effective strategies.</p> <p>Intervention Recommendations: Identify student needs and recommend interventions to support their learning.</p> <p>Collaborate with Team: Work alongside other educators and specialists in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.</p> <p>Qualifications: Licensed Educator in the State of Ohio</p> <p>Experience or a strong understanding of teaching students with Autism Spectrum Disorders</p> <p>Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt quickly to students' evolving needs</p> <p>Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills</p> <p>Why Apply?
