<p>Akkodis is seeking an Internal Auditor for a Contract with a client in New York, NY. Candidate must have strong internal audit expertise with the ability to independently evaluate controls and assess risks within regulatory reporting processes.</p> <p>Rate Range: $37/hour to $53/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.</p> <p>Internal Auditor job responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Conducting data gathering and performing detailed analysis to support standard audit execution.</p> </li><li> <p>Executing control testing procedures and documenting results with complete evidencing.</p> </li><li> <p>Evaluating risks continuously and identifying significant control gaps across assigned areas.</p> </li><li> <p>Communicating audit findings and clarifications with stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.</p> </li><li> <p>Preparing audit documentation while maintaining accuracy, traceability, and adherence to audit standards.</p> </li><li> <p>Managing project timelines effectively and working independently to complete audit activities.</p> </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree in business, or another related field.</p> </li><li> <p>5-7 years of experience required.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong internal audit background with proven capability in control testing, documentation, and continuous risk assessment.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work independently with excellent analytical, communication, and project-management skills to support regulatory reporting activities.</p> </li></ul> <p>If you are interested in this role, then please click APPLY NOW.
