<p>JOB DESCRIPTION<\/span><\/u><\/strong><\/u><\/p>\n</p> <p><\/p>\n</p> <p>TITLE<\/span><\/u><\/strong>: Physical Therapist DEPARTMENT<\/u><\/strong>: Health<\/span><\/p>\n</p> <p><\/p>\n</p> <p>CLASSIFICATION<\/span><\/u><\/strong>: Exempt<\/span><\/p>\n</p> <p><\/p>\n</p> <p>DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES<\/span><\/u><\/strong>:<\/span><\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n</p> <p>\n</p> <ul> <li>Conduct physical therapy assessments to develop individual treatment plans<\/span><\/li>\n </li><li>Hands-on therapy and exercises to promote mobility, pain relief, strength, balance, and prevent disability<\/span><\/li>\n </li><li>Provide education and instructions to patients, care givers, and families for treatment plans and home care<\/span><\/li>\n </li><li>Establishing home exercise programs to ensure patient progress in treatment plan<\/span><\/li>\n </li><li>Set functional, measurable goals and modify therapy based on patient progress<\/span><\/li>\n </li><li>Monitor progress and adjust therapy plans to meet patient needs<\/span><\/li>\n </li><li>Work with other medical staff for coordination of care<\/span><\/li>\n </li><li>Electronic record charting for continuity of care<\/span><\/li>\n </li><li>Clinical and administrative supervision of Physical Therapy Assistants<\/span><\/li>\n </li><li>Delegate and supervise responsibilities assigned to Physical Therapy Assistants<\/span><\/li>\n </li><li>Participates in operational aspects of the department and maintains department performance<\/span><\/li>\n </li><li>Clean and maintain daily equipment and seek service when needed<\/span><\/li>\n </li><li>Other duties as assigned.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n </li></ul> <p><\/p>\n</p> <p>REQUIREMENTS:<\/span><\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n</p> <p>\n</p> <ul> <li>Must possess DPT from an accredited institution<\/span><\/li>\n </li><li>Prefer 2 years of experience in private or clinical practice <\/span><\/li>\n </li><li>Proficient in physical therapy techniques and modalities<\/span><\/li>\n </li><li>Understanding of orthopedic and pediatric conditions<\/span><\/li>\n </li><li>Compliance with all licensing standards<\/span><\/li>\n </li><li>Must have current BLS certification or able to obtain within 3 months of hire<\/span><\/li>\n </li><li>Must submit and pass a federal background check. <\/span><\/li>\n </li><li>Prefer experience working with Native American populations.<\/span><\/li>\n </li><li>Comply with all HIPAA and privacy standards<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n </li></ul> <p><\/p>\n</p> <p>SUPERVISION<\/span><\/u><\/strong>:<\/span><\/u><\/p>\n</p> <p>\n</p> <ul> <li>Supervised by Health Director<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n </li></ul> <p><\/p>\n</p> <p>SALARY LEVEL<\/span><\/u><\/strong>:<\/span><\/u><\/p>\n</p> <p>\n</p> <ul> <li>Annual Salary Range: $90,230.40 - $128,544.00<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>"," </li></ul>
