If you are adaptable, independent, and professional in diverse settings, then this is the right fit for you!</p> <p>As a successful candidate, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Conduct protocol management for an assigned set of multiple research protocols. </li><li>Maintain current and accurate protocol documentation; notify investigators of pertinent protocol changes. </li><li>Maintain and complete regulatory documents for IRB, DSMB, and PRMC/CPRMC. </li><li>Compile and submit data on appropriate forms according to protocol requirements. </li><li>Establish and maintain interpersonal relationships with patients, visitors, and other hospital personnel, while assuring confidentiality of patient information. </li><li>Collect and deliver specimens for analysis, using appropriate or specified equipment for collecting and handling specimens; ensure proper labeling and obtain pertinent clinical and protocol information on request forms; develop and maintain knowledge of various aspects of processing specimens, paying particular attention to safety practices. </li><li>Work with physician or nurse to see that protocol related tests and evaluations are ordered per protocol guidelines. </li><li>Play active role in recruitment of patients to study. </li><li>Perform protocol specific duties as required per the research study. </li></ul> <p>Your qualifications should include:</p> <ul> <li>Associate's Degree. </li><li>Experience may substitute for minimum education requirements. </li><li>One-year experience working in a health care setting, preferably in research. </li></ul> <p>Preferred qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree. </li><li>Medical Record, Health Information Systems, clinical trials exposure or related health field. </li></ul> <p>City of Hope employees pay is based on the following criteria: work experience, qualifications, and work location.</p> <p>City of Hope is an equal opportunity employer.</p> <p>To learn more about our Comprehensive Benefits, please CLICK HERE.</p>
