<p>Description</p> <p>We are currently seeking a Systems Engineer who has experience developing hardware/software and adept problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have a BS in electrical, mechanical, software, or computer engineering; or equivalent experience as well as at least 3 years of experience developing complex, multidisciplinary systems. This is a full time onsite position.</p> <p>Key Areas of Responsibility:</p> <ul> <li>Work under a Lead Systems Engineer and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to plan, design, develop, test, and document complex software and hardware solutions for products, features, customer demonstrations, and program development. </li><li>Review contractual documents (Specifications, Statement of Work, Technical Manuals, etc.) and recommend viable solution approaches. </li><li>Assist in deriving customer requirements to actionable internal requirements. </li><li>Conduct internal software and/or hardware testing to ensure requirements are met during Customer testing. </li><li>Use technical innovations to improve individual and team processes and development. </li><li>Make innovative team contributions that improve the overall team performance and improve customer satisfaction. </li><li>Continuously learn new concepts and become recognized as an expert in certain domains. </li></ul> <p>Skills & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>3 years of experience developing complex, multidisciplinary systems. </li><li>Systems Engineer with background in hardware and software development </li><li>Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, software, or computer engineering-or possess equivalent experience </li></ul> <p>Pay and Benefits</p> <p>The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00/hr.</p> <p>Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job</p> <p>classification and length of employment.
