<p>This is a hybrid position, and candidates must be located near Bentonville, Arkansas or Needham, Massachusetts.</p> <p>Reporting to the Senior Director of Sales, the Sales Analyst, Walmart will be responsible for delivering "best in class" sales analytics for SharkNinja's products in analyzing retail POS, investments, and market trends. The Sales Analyst, Walmart plays a critical part in weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting in assessing the overall health of the business. The Sales Analyst will be responsible for customer meeting preparation and supporting sales in the overall business strategy by proactively identifying opportunities, analyze promotions / pricing and potential market threats. As a key partner to sales, this role is also a critical player in assessing competitor opportunities and reporting competitor market insights weekly with actions and recommendations when necessary.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Provide assortment and promotion planning recommendations through analytical research </li><li>Provide weekly competitor category analytics, share results, and sku level rankings </li><li>Deliver Daily/Weekly/Monthly analytics reports showing health of business </li><li>Analyze and evaluate pre and post promotion analyses for retailer, quantifying impact to brand and category </li><li>Understand day to day impact of the POS to facilitate decision making </li><li>Provide visibility to key product launches </li><li>In-store visits to assess on shelf presence </li><li>Identify, measure, and quantify marketplace/ retailer trends, issues and opportunities </li><li>Collaborate with sales directors to support retailer meetings </li></ul> <p>Education and Experience</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree, Business Admin, Data Analytics, Finance, Economics, Computer Science or related </li><li>2+ years of relevant work experience analyzing retail POS and market trends is required </li><li>Demonstrated ability to multi-task and be detailed oriented with respect to ensuring deadlines are met </li><li>Advanced Microsoft Excel/Office skills </li><li>Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment </li><li>Effective communication and interpersonal skills </li></ul>
