<p>We are currently hiring Service Desk Support Co-op Boston MA. This is a six-month co-op position is from July - December 2026.</p> <p>The Service Desk Support co-op participates in daily operations of the service desk; providing customer support and technical support, and escalation to senior support of service incidents. Additionally, the co-op will collaborate with IT service delivery team, update and create documentation within ticketing system, and participate in continuous improvement activities. They will use a combination of technical support, and customer service skills to deliver high-quality support and purpose-fit technologies with consumer-inspired experiences.</p> <p>What You'll Brew:</p> <ul> <li>Respond to, triage, and resolve common IT service requests and incidents in a timely manner, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. </li><li>Triage and Escalate non-routine IT service requests and incidents to senior service delivery coworkers </li><li>Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person, addressing hardware, software, and network issues. </li><li>Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems, guiding users through step-by-step solutions. </li><li>Deliver excellent customer service, maintaining a professional, and helpful demeanor always. </li><li>Maintain documentation in ticketing system of troubleshooting and resolution steps taken </li><li>Maintaining asset management processes for hardware and software through receiving and organizing equipment </li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and IT security standards. </li></ul> <p>Other duties as assigned.</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Basic IT Troubleshooting/knowledge </li><li>Knowledge of Windows Operating Systems </li><li>Willingness to learn </li><li>Office 365 troubleshooting a bonus </li></ul> <p>In accordance with pay transparency laws the rate for this role if hired is $18 - $20 an hour.</p> <p>Boston Beer Corporation is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to a diverse workforce.
