<p>Safety/Security Status: None</p> <p>SUMMARY Responsible for handling welcome desk reception and administration duties, including</p> <p>greeting guests and offering guest assistance, answering phones, cashiering, handling department and</p> <p>membership inquiries, and assisting with special projects and programs.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITYIES</p> <ul> <li>Welcoming Customers. </li><li>Answering phones and emails. </li><li>Answering inquiries about Bentonville Parks and Recreation. </li><li>Ensuring the reception area is tidy. </li><li>Selling memberships and daily admissions </li><li>Registering participants for programs and events. </li><li>Reserving rentable spaces for patrons. </li><li>Basic bookkeeping, filing, and clerical duties. </li><li>Opening and closing duties for the facility depending on shifts. </li><li>Implementing Emergency Action Plans when necessary </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential</p> <p>duty satisfactorily. Must also have the ability to perform basic budget management.</p> <p>REASONING ABILITY solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in</p> <p>situations where only limited standardization exists.
