<p>Our Mission</p> <p>To improve the health of the communities we serve through contemporary, innovative, quality healthcare solutions.</p> <p>About Us - Central Service</p> <ul> <li> <p>Fun atmosphere with compassionate leadership</p> </li><li> <p>Manages and supports 168 inventories between Freeman West, East, Neosho, Pittsburg, and outlying surgery centers and clinics</p> </li><li> <p>On the job training</p> </li></ul> <p>Schedule:</p> <p>Full Time (40hrs/week) Days - Monday - Friday 8:00am-4:30pm</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <p>Assures all charges are performed accurately, working closely with Inventory Specialists, and ensures Operating Room Management (ORM) billing records are verified within 48 hours of procedure. Ensures chargeable supplies and implants are flagged appropriately and are correct in the ORM module. Performs accurate inventory transactions. Maintains records required by regulatory agencies and policy guidelines (e.g. implant log with serial numbers, lot numbers and expiration dates). Provides documentation for root cause analysis (RCA). Operates departmental hardware and software and assists with training on the ORM application. Works closely with Charge Audit to coordinate accurate patient charging and collaborates solutions when issues arise. Facilitates the purchase of and manages departmental office supplies for all CS departments, staying within budget limits. Facilitates purchase of ink cartridges and coordinates maintenance of printers at West CS department. Performs Technician tasks when department is staff-challenged.
