<p>Meta is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join our team. The products we build enable businesses to grow and communities to prosper in the intersection between people's needs, marketers' needs, and Meta's strongest differentiators to drive the development, launch, and growth of industry-leading business products. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital advertising, monetization product management or marketing, and an understanding of the digital advertising, marketing industry. They will coordinate cross-functional work with peers to deliver results within a fast-paced environment. The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving market requirements and go-to-market plans for Meta's solutions across our advertiser interfaces for SMB advertisers using our platform. This includes assessing market needs, conducting research to influence new product development, evaluating approaches to mitigate product risks, owning go-to-market strategy and identifying opportunities to improve existing products. They will have cross-functional collaboration, analytical, and communication skills, as well as the capacity to manage multiple concurrent projects and handle ambiguity.</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>8+ years of professional experience in technology or internet technology, ad-tech, strategic marketing, product management, or management consulting </li><li>Experience leveraging full-funnel marketing (including performance marketing) and outbound sales to drive product growth </li><li>Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams and enrolling the necessary leadership support to drive resolution in the context of competing perspectives </li><li>Analytical, data driven decision-maker with experience using deductive reasoning to simplify and communicate complex issues </li><li>Organizational and people skills and experience setting priorities, problem-solving, multitasking and working independently in a dynamic, rapidly changing workplace </li><li>Communication experience that is effective with technical, business, and external stakeholders </li><li>Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or Creative discipline </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Demonstrated experience using AI to accelerate research, messaging development, and go-to-market execution </li><li>Understanding of data table architecture, some experience with SQL </li><li>Experience in marketing subscription-based/SaaS product offerings </li><li>Project/Program Management experience driving partnership via shared goals </li><li>Executive Presence (internally & externally), especially experience driving strategic and tactical product decisions with a C-Level audience </li><li>Demonstrated experience influencing decision makers at all levels of an organization </li><li>Experience reducing complex information into distilling themes that are easily communicated/understood </li><li>Understanding and familiarity with Meta's advertising products </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Lead market assessment, quantitative analysis, qualitative feedback, and represent the requirements of the market internally with Product Management and Engineering </li><li>Understand advertiser needs/requirements and product risk areas in order to prioritize recommendations to product, engineering, and design teams for new and existing products </li><li>Coordinate cross-functional projects across Meta that build new innovative solutions for advertisers/marketers to ensure that products and solutions are incorporated into the platform in a consistent and strategic manner </li><li>Ensure the right level of alignment, consistency and flexibility in approach across regional and vertical teams, with the goal of scaling impact while meeting market-specific needs </li><li>Own go-to-market strategy for a portfolio of products and solutions by coordinating with cross-functional teams to develop client communications, product documentation, and positioning </li><li>Coordinate successful go-to-market activations across multiple internal sales and marketing teams by crafting effective messaging for a variety of audiences and enabling go-to-market teams at scale </li></ul> <p>About Meta</p> <p>Meta builds technologies that help people connect, find communities, and grow businesses.
