This certification demonstrates our commitment to transforming the global economy to benefit all people, communities, and the planet.</p> <p>Our Sr. Program Manager will be responsible for setting the standard for project management at Agri-Mark. Projects will be focused in the areas of Sourcing, Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, and improving business processes. The number of on-going projects managed at one time will be determined based on complexity and timelines.</p> <p>Responsibilities of this role include:</p> <ul> <li>Set the standard for project management at Agri-Mark. Deploy project management techniques, tools, and processes that can be used across the company. </li><li>Demonstrate a team-first mindset when working on projects at all levels of the organization. </li><li>Generate buy-in from project team members by clearly communicating project objectives, providing support to team members, and encouraging collaboration between departments. </li><li>Develop business cases for strategic projects weighing both quantitative and qualitative factors. </li><li>Highlight project risks well in advance and ensure stakeholder awareness. </li><li>Lead project meetings and clearly communicate with project sponsors. </li></ul> <p>Seeking candidates with the following experience:</p> <ul> <li>BS/BA degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Math, or related field required. </li><li>5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field required. </li><li>Experience leading large-scale project teams </li><li>Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or similar certification desired </li><li>Comfortable deploying project management techniques in an approachable way for team members that are less familiar with the concepts. </li><li>Remains calm under pressure and provides constructive feedback to team members with sensitivity. </li><li>Polished communication skills with the ability to adapt to diverse audiences including senior executives and board of directors. </li><li>Relevant prior experience in dairy and/or CPG industries is a plus. </li><li>Experience with MS Office Suite required (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) - MS Project experience a plus. </li></ul>
