Master's degree and CPA preferred. </li><li>4 or more years of experience in accounting, with emphasis in financial analysis. </li><li>Accounting/finance skills to apply generally accepted accounting principles in preparing financial statements and reports. </li><li>Effective analytical and problem-solving skills. </li><li>Personal computer skills; proficiency in Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint; some experience with Oracle or related financial software, demonstrated ability to understand and utilize computer systems. </li><li>Leadership abilities, effective interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. </li><li>Effective oral and written communication skills. </li><li>Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently. </li><li>Employees must be able to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without an accommodation </li><li>Complete journal entries. Verify and prepare supporting documentation associated with journal entry preparation. </li><li>Maintain general ledger detail and complete monthly reconciliations of numerous accounts and activities. </li><li>Prepare and analyze consolidated and individual financial statements, including the cash flow statement and variance analyses for assigned entities and their non-controlling interest owners, if any. </li><li>Provide technical input by assisting and analyzing the development of the business plans and other financial models. Provide reporting and analysis to identify and explain variances. </li><li>Prepare periodic sales and use tax returns for assigned entities, including the assistance and completion of periodic audits and reconciliation of appropriate transactions. </li><li>Prepare consolidated and individual financial statements with footnotes for required audits. </li><li>Coordinate and help facilitate required audits. </li><li>Perform the role of authorization for expenditure (AFE) administrator by tracking and maintaining AFEs for proper approval, authorized amounts, asset disposals and further analysis. </li><li>Prepare and reconcile non-controlling interest accounting provisions, if any, for assigned entities. </li><li>Perform additional responsibilities as requested or assigned. </li></ul>
