The ideal candidate will have leadership skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.</p> <p>Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>$.15 off/gallon every day except Tuesday enjoy $.20 off/gallon </li><li>Receive 30% off in store for up to 5 selected items/day </li><li>Free car wash, vacuum, and air </li><li>Gym Membership Discount </li><li>Tuition Reimbursement </li></ul> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Supervise, train, and support team members to ensure excellent customer service. </li><li>Handle cash management, prepare daily sales reports, and make bank deposits. </li><li>Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering merchandise and fuel. </li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and security procedures. </li><li>Address customer inquiries and concerns, professionally resolving issues. </li><li>Maintain the cleanliness of the store and ensure proper maintenance of equipment. </li><li>Assist in scheduling shifts and managing employee performance. </li></ul> <p>Skills & Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Must be 21 years of age or older </li><li>Retail experience desired </li><li>Training experience preferred </li><li>Must be able to open and close stores across Sunday through Saturday schedule </li><li>Previous experience in customer service preferred. </li><li>Familiarity with electronic equipment, like cash registers and POS </li><li>Basic math and computer skills </li><li>Effective communication skills </li><li>Ability to manage skills and work with the team to accomplish tasks. </li><li>Customer and Employee-focused </li><li>Ability to learn about and train products available in stores </li><li>Ability to maintain composure in the face of angry, frustrated, or flustered customers. </li><li>Ability to adjust schedule, task, and priorities as needed to assist with business needs </li><li>Must have a safe driving record </li><li>Must be willing to submit to MVR monitoring and possess a valid Utah Driver's License </li></ul>
