Be Berkadia.</p> <p>We are committed to growing your career, so in this role you will:</p> <ul> <li>Monitor compliance needs and help update documents to meet guidelines. </li><li>Be an expert on regulations and Berkadia's policies for loan processes. </li><li>Review business proposals for compliance and assist with reports and due diligence. </li><li>Support third-party risk management by working with teams to develop processes. </li><li>Assist the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) team with gathering data, updating risk registers, and preparing documentation for periodic risk assessments. </li><li>Help analyze and summarize risk trends using dashboards and reports, contributing to the development of presentations and materials for team trainings and communications. </li><li>Assist with the Risk and Governance team with updating business continuity documentation (e.g. update process flows, dependencies, and asset lists). </li><li>Assist with reviewing, formatting, and applying policy templates to ensure consistency. </li><li>Conduct assessments on vendors and keep records of their performance. </li><li>Work with the audit team and keep track of compliance activities. </li><li>Stay updated on industry changes and suggest improvements. </li><li>Oversee third-party management from start to finish. </li></ul> <p>We are passionate about your growth, so to achieve success in this role you should have:</p> <ul> <li>Current student pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree </li><li>Basic technology skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office software including Excel and Word </li></ul> <p>Be Backed by the Best.
