<p>Job Title: CNC Programmer</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for programming CNC equipment using MasterCAM, setting up and running programs for Haas mills and lathes, and verifying non-conformances based on drawings and specifications. This position involves 80% offline programming and 20% online programming/editing at the machine.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Program CNC equipment using MasterCAM. </li><li>Develop and optimize various tool paths. </li><li>Set up and run programs for Haas mills and lathes. </li><li>Verify any non-conformances based on drawings and specifications. </li><li>Perform edits on existing programs as necessary. </li></ul> <p>Essential Skills</p> <ul> <li>3+ years of experience with CNC mills and lathes. </li><li>3+ years of CNC programming experience. </li><li>Proficiency with MasterCAM. </li><li>Ability to perform edits on existing programs. </li></ul> <p>Additional Skills & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Experience with CAD/CAM systems. </li><li>Strong understanding of CNC programming principles. </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <p>The production floor is a stamping environment, which can be loud at times. The CNC Programmer will be located in a separate tooling department that is very clean, quiet, and organized. The department consists of 10-12 people on the 1st shift, including machinists, programmers, and tool & die makers. The work schedule is Monday through Thursday from 6 AM to 4:30 PM with a 30-minute break, Fridays from 6 AM to 2:30 PM with overtime paid at 1.5X, and occasional Saturdays on an as-needed basis.
