As a member of our team you'll enjoy excellent benefits, opportunities for growth, and an encouraging culture that supports work / life balance.</p> <p>TRU in White Pine, TN is actively searching for a new Maintenance Team Member with electrical and hoist experience to join the Maintenance Department.</p> <p>This position is responsible for all aspects of facility readiness and maintenance and will also specialize in overhead cranes and hoists. This includes ensuring repair, upkeep, and maintenance of the facility.</p> <p>Position Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Monitor, troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions on overhead cranes and hoists. </li><li>Conducts analysis of mechanical and operational problems in the facility, ensuring corrective actions are put in place and carried out in an expedient fashion. </li><li>Continuously monitors facility readiness through routine inspections and maintenance. </li><li>Maintains facility preventative maintenance program and communication concerning inventory that needs to be replenished. </li><li>Maintain documentation, facility history, and all other appropriate documentation, including records of tool and equipment use throughout the facility. </li><li>Assists with organization and cleanliness of Maintenance Repair Area and any other area where repair work is in progress. </li><li>Assists Plant/Production Maintenance Team as may be required. </li><li>Fabrication, design and other duties that ensure successful company operation. </li><li>May represent the company in dealing with outside contractors, vendors, and consultants as it relates to the maintenance of the facility. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>A minimum of 2 years technical experience in electrical inspection, troubleshooting, service and repair of overhead hoists and cranes, required. </li><li>A minimum of 2 years maintenance experience in a manufacturing-based maintenance related field. </li><li>Qualified candidates must have a "can do", positive attitude. </li><li>Industrial Electrical background preferred </li><li>Ability to read blueprints. </li><li>Must be able to walk, climb heights up to 30 feet, lift loads up to 50 pounds and perform such other physical duties as may be necessary to inspect all areas of the facility. </li><li>Strong verbal communication skills. </li></ul> <p>Why Clayton?</p> <p>A Berkshire Hathaway Company - an integrity-based organization offering unlimited career growth opportunities.</p> <p>Full-time team members have the flexibility to create their own health, dental, and vision benefits package.
