<p>The Larson Group Peterbilt is looking for an experienced Receptionist to join our dynamic team. This position operates multi-line telephone switchboard console and routes calls appropriately. Greets all visitors in a kind, courteous, and professional manner. May perform clerical, and other related duties as required.</p> <p>What We Offer:</p> <ul> <li>Paid Time Off </li><li>Paid Holidays </li><li>Medical, Dental and Basic Life </li><li>401K with employer contribution </li><li>Bi-weekly Pay Schedule </li><li>Opportunity for advancement and Career Development </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Order office supplies as needed and maintain office supply closet. </li><li>Receive all incoming payables and follow instructions outlined by Accounting Department to ensure proper processing. </li><li>Routes all incoming calls in a professional manner. </li><li>Open and date stamp incoming mail not personally addressed, and distribute as needed, if assigned by management. </li><li>Ensure reception area and conference rooms are tidy. </li><li>Monitor incoming and outgoing faxes. Distribute incoming fax messages appropriately. </li><li>Responsible for ensuring all out going Fed-Ex's are properly addressed and ready for daily pick-up. </li><li>Perform all other duties as assigned by management. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Should possess a High School diploma. </li><li>Experience in an office front desk environment is preferred but not required. </li></ul> <p>The Larson Group Peterbilt is an Equal Opportunity Employer that prohibits discrimination or harassment of any type.
