Capabilities include Swiss Screw machine parts, laser cutting and welding, tube fabrication, CNC milling / turning, wire EDM and more.</p> <p>POSITION SUMMARY:</p> <p>The CNC Machinist/Welder is responsible for fabricating, repairing, and machining metal components using TIG, gas, brazing, and arc welding techniques, as well as CNC machining equipment. This role includes setting up and programming CNC machines, performing precision finishing tasks, and ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and production standards. The position requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively to meet production goals while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.</p> <p>IDEAL EXPERIENCE:</p> <p>The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of CNC and welding experience in a manufacturing environment, with strong proficiency in TIG and MIG welding techniques. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and additional technical training or certification in welding is preferred. Candidates with hands-on CNC machining experience, a proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, and a track record of producing high-quality, precision work in a fast-paced setting will be well-suited for this role.</p> <p>ESSENTAL RESPONSIBILTIES:</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for the safe and efficient day-to-day operation of the facility and safety and wellness of all team members. </li><li>Responsible to ensure process adherence to all applicable quality policies and procedures to assure quality product with priority for patient safety. </li><li>Communicate regularly with all members of the team to maintain a high level of morale. </li><li>Perform welding operations using TIG, gas welding, brazing, and arc welding processes to assemble or repair metal components. </li><li>Perform welding operations using TIG, gas welding, brazing, and arc welding processes to assemble or repair metal components. </li><li>Conduct related tasks include thermal cutting, grinding, de-burring, heat treating, bead blasting, and engraving of products. </li><li>Position, clamp, and prepare metal parts and components for welding and finishing processes. </li><li>Inspect, repair, and modify metal parts, including filling holes, fixing cracks, and resizing components as needed. </li><li>Set up, program, operate, and maintain CNC machining centers, lathes, and manual equipment using G-code to support production goals. </li><li>Troubleshoot, debug, and write CNC programs as needed, ensuring optimal machine performance and part quality. </li><li>Develop and document job setups, including fixture design and machining strategies. </li><li>All other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <ul> <li>3-5 years of experience welding in a manufacturing environment, specifically with TIG and MIG welding </li><li>High School diploma or equivalent required. </li><li>Technical training or certification in welding preferred. </li></ul>
