<p>Opioid Treatment Program Qualified Professional - Wake County Detention Center</p> <p>Join a supportive team who values Compassion, Excellence, Collaboration, Inclusion, Hope & Authenticity!</p> <p>As our full-time OTP Qualified Professional (QP), you will work in collaboration with our Wake County Detention Center (WCDC) Counselor and RN to engage clients participating in our program at the WCDC.</p> <p>The OTP QP will work to create a dynamic, person/family-centered recovery culture that is supportive of global health and quality of the resident's lives in long-term recovery; including supporting residents in completing consents, release of information, person-centered plans, comprehensive crisis plans, and supporting progress of treatment goals and discharge planning.</p> <p>Pay</p> <p>Non-licensed QP 21.00 per hour.</p> <p>CADC/I $22.60 - $24.04 per hour.</p> <p>Schedule</p> <p>Full-time days, 40hrs/wk.</p> <p>Benefits</p> <p>Being a part of a non-profit behavioral health organization has some unique benefits, along with our incredible health insurance options. We will provide a monthly reimbursement of up to $200 (full-time) or $100 (part-time) to each associate level clinician electing this benefit for no more than 2 years, or until licensure is completed, whichever is first. Licensures eligible to receive this benefit include LCSWA, LCMHCA, LMFTA, LPA, LCASA, and CADC. </li></ul> <p>Job Responsibilities of an Opioid Treatment Program Qualified Professional</p> <ul> <li>Coordinate with treatment providers utilized by residents previously and/or facilitate appointments with SouthLight to begin induction </li><li>Engagement clients externally, post release for up to 30 days </li><li>Help with group facilitation of orientation and new recovery skills </li><li>Work with clients to engage in internal and external resources; supporting self-care, family, housing, employment, transportation, education as well as clinical treatment </li><li>Create person-centered treatment plans and comprehensive crisis plans specific to the unique goals/needs of client </li><li>Maintain weekly productivity to be set by Dept. Director of both direct and indirect billable services </li><li>Ensure survey and data collection to support the grant requirements </li><li>Participate in regular supervision and required trainings as necessary for position/certifications </li></ul> <p>Qualifications of an Opioid Treatment Qualified Professional</p> <p>Education and Experience</p> <ul> <li>1 year exp working in a residential, correctional, inpatient or outpatient setting with individuals possessing substance use and/or mental health diagnoses </li></ul> <p>Licensure/Certification</p> <ul> <li>Qualified Professional (QP) status </li><li>CADC/I preferred, not required </li></ul> <p>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Ability to organize resources and establish priorities</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge of the Recovery-Oriented Systems of Care approach to addiction treatment</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to keep timely and accurate documentation</p> </li><li> <p>Working knowledge of:</p> </li><li> <p>Windows Operating System</p> </li><li> <p>Microsoft Office Suite (Word & Excel)</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work seamlessly with other service lines and community organizations to engage clients</p> </li></ul> <p>About SouthLight Healthcare</p> <p>Tap into your passion at SouthLight Healthcare.
