If you're passionate about strategic negotiation, contract compliance, and working in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment, this role is your opportunity to make a real impact.</p> <p>Schedule: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday-Friday, some Saturdays</p> <p>Salary: $130k-$140K per year</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Review, negotiate, and manage customer and supplier contracts </li><li>Develop and enhance business unit contracting policies and procedures </li><li>Ensure compliance with ABAC, FCPA, FAR, DFARS, and internal governance </li><li>Collaborate closely with executive leadership, legal, and global teams </li><li>Lead process improvement initiatives to reduce risk and streamline operations </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Business Law, Contract Management, or related field (or equivalent experience) </li><li>Strong knowledge of contract law, FAR/DFARS, ABAC/FCPA, and export compliance </li><li>Proven experience negotiating complex sales/purchase agreements </li><li>Skilled in risk assessment and contract strategy </li><li>Proficient in MS Office; aerospace/aviation background preferred </li><li>Familiar with Lean, 6S, and process improvement tools </li><li>U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder (per export regulations) </li><li>Detail-oriented, organized, and confident communicator </li><li>Able to lead independently in a fast-paced environment </li><li>Minimal travel; professional office and plant setting </li></ul> <p>Our partner company can provide you with the vital benefits that you deserve.
