<p>Join our team as a Leasing Specialist!</p> <p>We're looking for a motivated and personable Leasing Specialist to join our team in the Madison area. Based out of our 162-unit Prentice Park community, this role will also support leasing efforts for Quisling Terrace (downtown Madison) and The Brittany (Middleton). If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in delivering excellent customer service, this could be a great fit.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li> <p>Lead apartment tours and showcase the community to prospective residents</p> </li><li> <p>Build strong relationships with current and prospective residents</p> </li><li> <p>Follow up with prospects and work to convert leads into signed leases</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with marketing efforts, outreach, and local networking</p> </li><li> <p>Support move-in and move-out processes</p> </li><li> <p>Handle incoming calls, schedule appointments, and respond to inquiries</p> </li><li> <p>Complete administrative tasks including service requests, rent support, and resident communications</p> </li></ul> <p>What You'll Bring</p> <ul> <li> <p>A positive, engaging personality and strong customer service mindset</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks at once</p> </li><li> <p>Strong communication and phone skills</p> </li><li> <p>Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office and property management systems)</p> </li><li> <p>Previous leasing or sales experience preferred</p> </li><li> <p>Valid drivers license and ability to occasionally travel to the other two properties as needed</p> </li><li> <p>Evenings and weekends may be required during peak leasing season or on an as needed basis</p> </li></ul> <p>Compensation & Benefits</p> <ul> <li> <p>Hourly pay of $20-$23 based on experience</p> </li><li> <p>Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and more</p> </li><li> <p>401(k) with company match</p> </li><li> <p>18 days of PTO and 11.5 paid holidays</p> </li><li> <p>Opportunities for growth within a collaborative and supportive team</p> </li></ul> <p>Ready to bring your energy and customer service skills to a team that values both?
