This position provides hands-on leadership to ensure tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with departmental goals. Conducts quality assurance inspections on 10% of each staff members daily work. Conducts routine inspections of tools and coordinates requisition of needed tools and parts. Acts a coordination point between maintenance and other area management as well as between University Housing and other USC departments. Maintain open communication with area management teams.</p> <p>Essential Function Yes Percentage of Time 60 Job Duty</p> <p>Implements a preventive maintenance program for fan control units. Creates long range and short range planning for preventative maintenance plans.
