<p>Compensation: To $65K.</p> <p>Job Overview - Payroll Specialist - 33808</p> <p>We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our client's team and manage all payroll functions. This role is initially onsite, but will ultimately allow for some hybrid work.</p> <ul> <li>Process timely and accurate payroll for salaried and hourly employees in UKG (separate cycles). </li><li>Respond promptly to employee payroll inquiries, providing clear and professional assistance. </li><li>Troubleshoot payroll discrepancies, identify root causes, and develop long-term solutions. </li><li>Audit payroll deductions (benefits, 401(k), etc.) for accuracy. </li><li>Verify local, state, and federal tax compliance, including reporting and registration requirements. </li><li>Reconcile monthly benefit billings and support annual open enrollment processes. </li><li>Administer garnishments and wage attachments across multiple states. </li><li>Complete quarterly audits of 401(k), HSA, and FSA contributions. </li><li>Assist with year-end and compliance audits, including Worker's Compensation and payroll tax audits. </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline. </li><li>Minimum 3 years of multi-state payroll processing experience; UKG experience strongly preferred. </li><li>Solid knowledge of payroll compliance laws, including state tax and overtime regulations. </li></ul> <p>Additional Job Details</p> <p>Workplace Policy: #li-Onsite</p> <p>Seniority Level: Associate</p> <p>Linked In Poster: #LI-KK1</p> <p>About our Process</p> <ul> <li>We will notify you if you are selected as a candidate for this role.
