They offer a strong benefits package that includes health, vision, dental.</p> <p>Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Timely and accurate preparation and filing of federal, state tax returns </li><li>Oversee the compliance process </li><li>Develop and implement tax strategies </li><li>Review complex U.S. and multi-state income tax returns for business entities, including consolidated and non-consolidated C-corporations, S-Corporations, Partnerships, Fiduciary, and </li><li>Non-Profit Organizations </li><li>Manage tax audits, liaise with external auditors, and tax authorities to resolve issues </li><li>Prepare documentation and responses for any inquiries from tax authorities </li><li>Stay updated on changes in tax legislation and best practices in tax management </li><li>Work closely with other departments, finance, legal to align tax strategies with overall business objectives </li><li>Communicate tax strategies and insights to senior management* BA/BS degree from an accredited college/university </li><li>Master's degree in taxation is a plus </li><li>Licensed CPA </li><li>Extensive experience in tax compliance and planning typically 10+ years within a public accounting firm with supervisory experience </li><li>Knowledge of foreign tax is preferred </li><li>Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite. </li><li>Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills </li><li>Strong understanding of federal, state and international tax regulations </li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines </li><li>Detail oriented with a focus on accuracy </li><li>Leadership and team management capabilities </li></ul>
