This is a full-time, 12-month position with benefits.</p> <p>Duties: Provide secretarial support to the department supervisors for the Visual and Performing Arts.</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Prior secretarial experience. </li><li>Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills. </li><li>Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. </li><li>Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills; ability to work with confidential information and attention to detail. </li><li>Strong computer skills including: Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, MUNIS, and PowerSchool.
