<p>Job Description</p> <p>The Print Production + Fabrication Lead is responsible for overseeing the planning, production, and delivery of high-quality printed materials, structural fabrications, and manufactured assets that support Accenture's Marketing + Communications (M+C) internal agency of 250+ creatives. This team supports internal work streams and produces a wide range of creative, spanning major events and experiences, pitch support, thought leadership and brand design.</p> <p>The Lead will serve as the primary production lead for the agency, partnering with creative teams, experience leads, and external production partners to transform design concepts into high-quality physical assets. The role ensures that all projects meet Accenture's standards for quality, innovation, sustainability, and brand integrity, while managing timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships.</p> <p>The position requires deep expertise in print production, large-format graphics, fabrication, packaging, merchandising, and manufacturing and requires critical knowledge of the latest production and manufacturing technologies - all while exercising a premium taste level and discerning eye.</p> <p>Job Responsibilities:</p> <p>Production Leadership:</p> <ul> <li>Lead all aspects of print production and fabrication from concept through </li></ul> <p>final delivery.</p> <ul> <li>Advise creative teams and stakeholders on production methods, materials, finishing techniques, and fabrication options. </li><li>Translate design concepts into feasible production solutions while maintaining </li></ul> <p>creative intent.</p> <p>Project Management:</p> <ul> <li>Manage multiple production projects simultaneously while ensuring delivery against deadlines and budgets. </li><li>Provide production schedules, cost estimates, and vendor coordination for </li></ul> <p>complex projects.</p> <ul> <li>Ensure quality control throughout all stages of production including proofs, press checks, and final fabrication. </li></ul> <p>Vendor Management:</p> <ul> <li>Manage relationships with preferred production partners and fabrication vendors across the United States and internationally. </li><li>Source and evaluate new vendors for specialized capabilities such as digital and offset printing, large format printing, structural fabrication, custom packaging, awards and recognition manufacturing. </li><li>Ensure vendor alignment with Accenture procurement standards and sustainability goals. </li></ul> <p>Fabrication and Experiential Production:</p> <ul> <li>Oversee production of physical assets used in high-level executive events and </li></ul> <p>experiences, including environmental graphics, custom installations, prototypes, fabricated structures, event collateral, branded merchandise and executive gifts.</p> <ul> <li>Provide production solutions for global events and executive programs. </li></ul> <p>Innovation and Production Expertise:</p> <ul> <li>Introduce new production technologies, materials, and finishing techniques to </li></ul> <p>enhance creative output.</p> <ul> <li>Advise teams on sustainable production methods and materials, including </li></ul> <p>FSC-certified papers and environmentally responsible fabrication solutions.</p> <ul> <li>Maintain knowledge of emerging trends in print, fabrication, and experiential </li></ul> <p>production.</p> <p>Global Collaboration:</p> <ul> <li>Partner with creative teams and M+C stakeholders across multiple regions including the Americas, EMEA, and APAC. </li><li>Support production needs for global executive programs and leadership events. </li><li>Provide guidance to global creative teams on production specifications and </li></ul> <p>vendor capabilities.</p> <p>Types of Projects Supported:</p> <ul> <li>Executive publications and thought leadership books </li><li>Event collateral and environmental graphics </li><li>Awards and recognition programs </li><li>Experiential installations and fabrication </li><li>Custom packaging and branded merchandise </li><li>Global leadership and innovation events </li></ul> <p>Qualification</p> <p>Basic Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Minimum of 7 years of experience in print production or fabrication</p> </li><li> <p>Bachelor's degree</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum of 5 years of experience vendor sourcing and negotiating</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Knowledge of materials, finishes, and manufacturing techniques</p> </li><li> <p>Experience managing complex production projects</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to collaborate with creative teams and translate design concepts into production solutions</p> </li><li> <p>Strong expertise in traditional printing, Scodix technology, digital and offset printing, large format production, and fabrication methods</p> </li></ul> <p>Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
