<p>Piper Companies is seeking a Business Analyst to support an industry leader in technology. This position will be remote in EST hours. The Business Analyst will provide support to an unified customer portal in a business environment, and ensuring requirements are validated.</p> <p>Responsibilities of the Business Analyst include:</p> <ul> <li>Extensive business requirements elicitation. </li><li>Process mapping, testing, use case creation and management. </li><li>User documentation, employ various techniques to elicit requirements. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications for the Business Analyst include:</p> <ul> <li>Experience working with business stakeholders. </li><li>Preferred to have customer portal project experience. </li><li>Validate requirements with stakeholders to ensure accuracy and alignment with their needs and expectations. </li><li>Plan elicitation activities based on project scope and objectives. </li></ul> <p>Compensation for the Business Analyst include:</p> <ul> <li>Salary Range: $100,000-135,000 </li><li>Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Sick Leave if required by law, and Holidays </li></ul> <p>This job opens for applications on 8/11/2025.
