We believe in the power of our talented teams and strive to create environments where employees find purpose and fulfillment.</p> <p>What you'll do:</p> <p>The Talent Acquisition Performance & Data Analyst analyzes talent acquisition metrics, provides actionable insights, and supports the organization's recruitment strategy. The analyst is data-driven, proficient in analytical tools, and experienced in understanding and translating talent acquisition data for recruitment excellence.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Analyze internal and benchmark TA data to identify insights and opportunities for process and outcome improvements. </li><li>Research and provide data to inform strategic recruitment planning and report on the performance of existing plans. </li><li>Procure data and generate reports upon request via ATS and related systems, in partnership with other internal reporting/analytics resources. </li><li>Identify and help resolve data integrity issues to enhance confidence in analysis and decisions. </li><li>Coordinate TA benchmarking using metrics to measure comparative efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction. </li><li>Develop and maintain key TA performance dashboards and leadership reports. </li><li>Translate recruitment knowledge and practices into relevant data/metrics/reports, and vice versa. </li><li>Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports and dashboards. </li><li>Translate complex data into business-relevant insights. </li><li>Collaborate with various peer and customer teams (TA teams, People Services, HRIS, HITS, Marketing, etc.) to ensure data consistency, accuracy, and accessibility. </li></ul> <p>What you'll need:</p> <p>Education: Bachelor's degree in Math, Business, HR, IT, or a related field required</p> <p>Experience:</p> <ul> <li>3+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence with a focus on HR or Talent Acquisition data. </li><li>1+ year of experience pulling reports and data from ATS systems (Oracle Cloud Recruiting preferred). </li><li>Prior recruiter or sourcing experience preferred. </li></ul> <p>Why choose us:</p> <p>As a team member of the Health Support Center, our goal is to support those that are in our facilities who are interfacing and providing care to our patients and community members.
