<p>Kitchen Operations Team Closer (Nights)</p> <p>Chick-fil-A York Road & Hunt Valley are high-energy, fast-paced, quick-serve, customer-focused restaurants serving the Cockeysville, Lutherville-Timonium & Hunt Valley communities. We are looking for new Team Members for our kitchen operations who have a positive attitude and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.</p> <p>Job Description and Duties A Chick-fil-A kitchen team member performs food preparation duties including cooking & preparing menu items, meal assembly & bagging, making drinks & shakes and food expeditor. Additional duties include unloading deliveries, restocking supplies and maintaining a clean store environment. Chick-fil-A team members must also adhere to all safety policies and health regulations. Chick-fil-A team members possess positivity and diligence as well as excellent communication and decision-making skills. The ideal Candidate has food service experience working in a fast-paced kitchen.</p> <p>Shift Openings</p> <p>Full and Part Time positions available</p> <p>2pm-11pm Monday - Saturday</p> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Must have reliable transportation </li><li>Must be able to work Friday or Saturday night </li><li>Must be 18+ years old </li><li>Experience in food service and a fast-paced kitchen strongly preferred and will train </li><li>Must be friendly and outgoing, able to provide excellent customer service </li><li>Must be able to work in a team environment and on your own </li></ul> <p>Must be physically fit and flexible and be able to:</p> <ul> <li>Work on your feet for at least 5 hours at a time </li><li>Twist, turn, stoop and bend over </li><li>Lift 50 lbs </li><li>Walk while carrying heavy items, pushing trash carts, etc. </li></ul> <p>Salary and Compensation This position offers compensation of $15-$17 per hour, depending on experience.
