The Dean will lead efforts to provide exemplary customer service to prospective students and their families, to build relationships with guidance counselors, and to supervise a diverse staff of admission professionals. The Dean will also influence the development of the institutional scholarship program.</p> <p>Reporting to the Vice President for Enrollment Management, the dean will be a key member of the Vice President's cabinet providing best practice thinking to the development of the University's recruitment strategies.
