<p>Spring Footwear Corporation | Full-Time | On-Site Reports to: Customer Service Manager</p> <p>Spring Footwear Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented, high-energy professional to support our headquarters office operations and Customer Service team. This role serves as the welcoming face of our corporate office while playing a key role in customer support, and sales coordination.</p> <p>This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy, organization, and professional communication.</p> <p>The Customer Experience & Support Coordinator plays a dual role within the organization, supporting front desk operations while actively contributing to Customer Service, Sales Support, and New Account Onboarding. This position serves as a central point of communication between customers, sales representatives, e-commerce accounts, and internal departments, ensuring a seamless customer experience and smooth operational execution across the company.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <p>Front Desk & Office Operations</p> <ul> <li>Serve as the professional first point of contact for guests, vendors, and callers </li><li>Manage multi-line phone system and route communications accurately </li><li>Maintain reception area and office organization </li><li>Coordinate mail, shipping logistics, and office supply management </li><li>Process purchase orders and support internal event coordination </li></ul> <p>Customer Service Support</p> <ul> <li>Assist customers and sales representatives with orders, returns, and inquiries </li><li>Process Return Authorizations and shipping labels </li><li>Maintain accurate documentation within OMS </li><li>Monitor inventory updates, substitutions, and closeouts </li><li>Generate and maintain required operational reports </li></ul> <p>New Account Onboarding & Lead Management</p> <ul> <li>Serve as primary contact for new and reactivated accounts </li><li>Coordinate onboarding documentation and account setup </li><li>Maintain customer records and compliance documentation </li><li>Track onboarding progress and conduct post-shipment follow-up </li></ul> <p>Sales Coordinator Support</p> <ul> <li>Assist with trade show and event coordination </li><li>Manage booth bookings, hotel arrangements, and vendor communications </li><li>Coordinate samples, marketing materials, and appointment tracking </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>3-5 years of customer service, office operations, or administrative support experience </li><li>Professional phone presence and polished communication skills </li><li>Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail </li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) </li><li>Experience with multi-line phone systems </li><li>Footwear or wholesale industry experience preferred </li></ul> <p>Spring Footwear offers a dynamic corporate environment with cross-functional exposure across Customer Service, Sales, and Operations.</p> <p>We are seeking a proactive professional who values structure, accountability, and operational excellence.</p> <p>Apply today to join the Spring Footwear team.</p>
