<p>BEHAVIORAL HEALTH CLINICAL SUPERVISOR</p> <p>FULL-TIME (40 hours)</p> <p>Clinic Hours: Weekdays 8:00AM-6:00PM, Saturdays 8:00AM-4:30PM* (Urgent Care only)</p> <p>New Bedford Community Health (NBCH) is seeking a Behavioral Health Clinical Supervisor (BHCS) , who has an interest in working in a fast-paced multidisciplinary Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) community health setting in downtown New Bedford, Massachusetts.</p> <p>The BHCS will work to establish and maintain collaborative relationships with staff throughout the Health Center to ensure efficient and effective operations as well as quality care for patients. The BHCS consults and collaborates with medical and psychiatric providers as well as with a wide range of social, governmental and legal agencies, courts, schools, clinics, and hospitals in the overall care of the patient.</p> <p>What you'll be doing:</p> <ul> <li>Assisting in the management of daily operations of the Integrated Behavioral Health department. </li><li>Providing clinical support, oversight and collaboration with all levels of the organization and multi-disciplinary teams to ensure patient needs are met. </li><li>Ensuring open lines of communication to, from and within the Department. </li><li>Training of new and present employees on the processes and methods required to meet organizational standards for quality, productivity and safety, consistent with the organization's principles and licensing standards. </li><li>Direct patient care, including comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and brief behavioral health interventions for patients within the primary care setting. </li><li>Screening and assessing patients for depression, postpartum depression, anxiety, adjustment, substance abuse and other behavioral health disorders using the DSM-5 diagnostic criteria. </li></ul> <p>EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS & HIGHLIGHTS</p> <p>Required Education:</p> <ul> <li>Master's Level degree </li><li>Current and unrestricted Social Worker license (LICSW) </li><li>Current BLS/CPR Certification </li></ul> <p>Other Skills & Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>A minimum of two (2) years' experience as masters level therapist </li><li>Commitment and interest in working with multi-cultural and impoverished populations </li><li>Strong eMR systems experience </li></ul> <p>Opportunity Highlights:</p> <ul> <li>Flexible schedule - Mondays - Fridays </li><li>Retirement savings plan (403b) with match </li><li>Medical benefits available upon hire </li><li>Dental, Vision, Disability </li><li>Paid License </li><li>CME hours and allowance </li><li>Generous Earned Time Off </li><li>12 paid holidays </li></ul>
