<p>As an Operations Supervisor, you'll oversee all water transfer activities for a specific operator or account. You'll lead a team of Field Supervisors, Senior Water Transfer Technicians, and Technicians-ensuring projects run safely, on schedule, and within budget. This is a key leadership role interfacing directly with customers.</p> <ul> <li>Manage day-to-day field operations and supervise all assigned personnel </li><li>Act as the client's point of contact and represent Keystone leadership on-site </li><li>Ensure safe, efficient setup and operation of all water transfer systems </li><li>Lead planning, budgeting, and scheduling of field resources </li><li>Coordinate with engineering for technical specs and job cost analysis </li><li>Review and sign daily field tickets and project documentation </li><li>Enforce safety policies and train team members on procedures and equipment </li><li>Monitor performance of pumps, valves, fusion machines, and related systems </li><li>Drive operational improvements, introduce new technologies, and reduce costs </li><li>High school diploma or GED required </li><li>Minimum 2 years of water transfer experience </li><li>Certified Fusion Technician (1+ year) </li><li>Prior team or project management experience </li><li>Mechanical and equipment knowledge (pumps, valves, flow control) </li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills </li><li>Proficiency with mobile reporting tools (smartphone, tablet, etc.) </li><li>Ability to manage costs, schedules, and customer expectations </li><li>Valid driver's license </li><li>Technical or engineering coursework a plus </li><li>12-hour shifts | Days & Nights | Overtime & Weekend availability | Travel required | </li><li>Outdoor work in all weather conditions </li></ul>
