Come be a part of the revolution!</p> <p>About the Role: Director of Well-Being</p> <p>As a Director of Well-Being, you'll play a key role in supporting the health, happiness, and daily experience of the residents at Park Centre in Newton.</p> <p>As a Director of Well-Being, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Lead Lifestyle Services and Wellness teams to deliver enriching programs for all residents. </li><li>Develop and implement diverse wellness-focused activities based on resident needs and interests. </li><li>Build and maintain community partnerships to enhance services and programming. </li><li>Coordinate educational opportunities, including adult learning and college-level courses. </li><li>Provide one-on-one coaching for personal development and enrichment of residents and staff. </li><li>Manage volunteer programs, resident communications, and orientation for new residents. </li><li>Support special events, tech systems implementation, and collaborate across departments. </li></ul> <p>Opening: Monday -Friday, occasional weekends for special events</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Community Health, Therapeutic Recreation, Exercise Services, or a related field required; experience with adult programming is a strong plus. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to follow instructions and respond effectively in emergency situations. </li><li>Compassionate and patient, with a genuine desire to support older adults, including those with physical or behavioral challenges. </li><li>Committed to maintaining a safe environment by adhering to all established safety protocols for residents and staff. </li></ul> <p>Community Location: 500 1st St N, Newton, IA 50208</p> <p>What We Offer</p> <p>We know a great career is about more than just a paycheck - it's about belonging, growth, and making a difference.?
