Our influence is global, with more than 30 offices worldwide, an installed base of thousands worldwide and a customer list that includes the world's largest semiconductor manufacturers.</p> <p>Our team is expanding, and we are currently hiring a Director of Product Marketing.</p> <p>Responsibilities include the successful creation and implementation of the product marketing strategy.</p> <ul> <li> <p>Defines the development of the company's product(s) market requirements including product strategy, requirements, and value-based pricing to support market share growth and increasing margin.</p> </li><li> <p>Oversees market research and identifies customer needs.</p> </li><li> <p>Tracks and reports competitive product offerings and capabilities.</p> </li><li> <p>Leads the development of new product definition and business plans.</p> </li><li> <p>Leads product strategic planning process, including situation and strategy.</p> </li><li> <p>Develops product marketing plan and materials to bring product(s) to market.</p> </li><li> <p>Successfully creates and carries out the product marketing strategy.</p> </li><li> <p>Develops product positioning to drive competitive advantage, revenue, and market share.</p> </li><li> <p>Develops value-based pricing strategies.</p> </li><li> <p>Creates market demand by collaborating, supporting, and enabling sales.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborates and prioritizes customer demo requests, timing and data required.</p> </li><li> <p>Defines tool configurations and options for sale, supports upgrade development for install base.</p> </li><li> <p>Owns product performance specifications and supports spec responses.</p> </li><li> <p>Defines tool configurations and options for sale.</p> </li><li> <p>Engages with customers and communicates customer feedback to engineering, manufacturing, and sales to enhance existing product(s) or product line(s).</p> </li><li> <p>Works with Core Team to implement product strategies to keep product relevant.</p> </li><li> <p>Supports upgrade development. Develops upgrade promotion and positioning in context with product roadmap.</p> </li><li> <p>Manages product life cycle including components and assemblies. The range provides the opportunity for growth and progression as</p> <p>you develop within the role.</p> <p>Base pay is one part of our U.S. total compensation package which includes eligibility in the</p> <p>Axcelis Team Incentive bonus plan, and comprehensive benefits package (for regular</p> <p>employees working 20+ hours a week).</p>
